One price per person. Numbers cost what the carrier charges.
One plan, per person, not per line. Two bills: ours, and the carrier's — which Telnyx sends to you, in your name, at their price.

Add one more person and the per-person price drops to $9.35
$7.95 per person, per month, plus $7 a month for the account. $49 once to set up. If we host it, that’s $10 a month more and $79 to set up. The web client is $4.95 per person. Telnyx bills you separately for the numbers and the calls, in your name, at their price.
A flat price for 11–25 people — adding someone costs nothing until you pass 25.
Everything in Base — business-hour routing, simultaneous ring, unlimited numbers per person — plus what a bigger team runs into:
- Auto receptionist. A greeting and a menu — press 1 for sales — routed to the right person.
- Call queues. Callers wait with hold music and hear where they are in the line, instead of getting voicemail.
- Shared text inbox. One number the whole team can see and answer, with internal notes and “I’ve got this” so nobody replies twice.
- Roles. Who can reply as the line, who can read its history, who can change the routing.
- A browser client. For the people at desks — Windows, Mac, or anything else with a browser. No install.
- Reporting. Answered, missed, average wait, and volume per person.
- We run the server. Nothing to install, nothing to keep patched.
$199 a month for 11–25 people, $349 for 26–50, however many numbers each person has. $249 once to set up, including your texting registration. More than 50 people — or you would rather run it on your own hardware, which you can — tell us what you need. Telnyx still bills you separately for the numbers and the calls, in your name.

We can't promise that our prices won't go up… but we guarantee our prices will never go up for you. The rates on this page the day you subscribe are the rates you keep for as long as you stay — including for users you add later.

The carrier account is in your name, the numbers are registered to you, and your calls and texts travel between your server and your carrier without passing through us. “Per user” means each person on your team, inside your own copy — not seats on a shared service.
What you'd actually pay — all of it
Two separate bills. Ours is per person. Everything else is billed by Telnyx, in your name, at their price — we never add a margin, and we never touch any of those bills.

In practice: usually about $2–3/month per number including light use, of which $0.40 is the caller-name lookup.
Two ways to pay less
- More numbers cost only the ~$2 each — our price is per person, and the registration covers all of your numbers at once.
- Only need to call? Skip the registration entirely. It exists solely for texting; a voice-only line needs none of it.
Two things we'd rather you heard from us
- Telnyx runs on a prepaid balance. You'll put money on the account before you can buy anything — ours was $50, and it draws down against the charges above rather than being a fee.
- The $15 is charged per campaign you create, approved or not. If yours comes back rejected, resubmitting costs another $15 — which is why the app labours over getting the registration right the first time.
The texting registration applies to everyone
It's a US carrier rule, not a feature of any product. RingCentral, OpenPhone and the rest all put you through the same paperwork, for the same money.
- About $19.50 once and $1.50 a month, wherever you buy your phone system.
- RingCentral passes these fees through at cost, just as Telnyx does — so it isn't a point in our favour, and we won't dress it up as one.
- The figures are Telnyx's published rates for the tier this system registers under, and match a real invoice. They're set by the messaging industry's registry; Telnyx states it adds no markup — the fees are passed through at cost.
- Re-check them when you sign up, since the registry moves them.

The billing terms, in full
Short enough to print here, which is the point.
- Monthly billing only. No annual contract, no minimum term, no discount dangled for locking yourself in for a year.
- No early termination fee. No cancellation charge. Not reduced — absent.
- Cancel by email. That is the entire process. No phone call, no retention team, no "are you sure" three times.
- Pro-rated refund. Cancel mid-month and we refund the rest of that month.
- The $49 setup fee covers work done once, so it isn't refundable after we've done it. If we haven't started, you get it back.
- Your Telnyx bill is separate and stays with you — cancelling us doesn't cancel your numbers, which is rather the point of them being in your name.
